Where’s my parcel?
Our parcels usually take about 5-12 business days to arrive. This is because we’re a company that cares about the planet and nature, so we don’t want to be shipping out orders every single day. We collect parcels in certain batches, and once we hit our minimum, we send them all out together. We hope you understand this and want to help contribute to a better, healthier world.
It’s been 12 business days already and I still haven’t got my parcel?
Sorry about that... Have you checked the tracking? Sometimes parcels get stuck at customs. Please give it another 7 days. We’re sorry for the hassle, but we’ve found that in 99% of cases, the parcel gets delivered eventually. If you’ve waited 12 business days, and then 7 more, contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
Where do I find my tracking code?
Once your order’s been shipped, you’ll automatically get a tracking code. It usually takes around 3-5 days to receive it. Also, check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. It can take a few business days for your tracking code to become active.
How can I track my order?
On our tracking page, you can enter your email address and the order number you received (# followed by 4 digits) to check the status of your order and delivery.
