We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

to obtain a return number and detailed instructions. All approved returns must
be sent to our Australian warehouse at the following address:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
or there was an error on our part.

We offer free delivery on all orders across Australia.

Currently, we deliver only in Australia.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Once your order has been processed, please allow 6–12 business days for delivery within Australia. This includes 2–3 business days for processing and 4–9 business days for transit. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or public holidays. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@smith-sydney.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no cost to you, including covering any return shipping costs where applicable.


We process orders quickly, so cancellation or modification requests may not always be possible after an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@smith-sydney.com as soon as possible with your order number. If we are unable to cancel your order before dispatch, you are welcome to return the item under our 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order. As a general guide, our dresses are true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Please note that measurements may vary slightly between styles due to different fabrics and cuts.
