1. General Shipping Information  We ship throughout Australia. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in North Kellyville, NSW.

2. Processing Time  Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates  We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times  Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow:

       Processing Time: 2–3 business days

       Transit Time: 4–9 business days

       Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, Australian public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

5. Shipping Carriers  We ship via Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, or other trusted Australian carriers depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

6. Shipping Restrictions  We currently deliver to all standard residential and business addresses across Australia. Certain remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery times. Some items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions in line with Australian carrier regulations.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages  If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages  If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@smith-sydney.com. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
